Can't connect to mail server
I've got a link on the left but it is just the ADDRESS - http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp and not a Hotmail logo. When you hit send recieve on top to retrieve email does it include hotmail? Is this what you are refering to? If it's set up in OE than there is no reason to click link?
